Operating at the intersection of the advertising, digital media, sports, social technology, and music sectors, Steve Yanovsky has been a creative catalyst and strategic architect in building and launching shared consumer experiences and content distribution initiatives across a wide range of industries and customer segments including automotive, beverage, CPG, music, sports, telecom, TV and social video.
Steve was the co-founder of the digital media department for Atlantic Records, launched the first webcasting systems in US concert venues for Apple, developed music strategy for ESPN’s X Games and was the catalyst behind managed successful brand partnerships/campaigns for brands and artists including Atari, Coors, Discovery Channel, EA, Heineken, Microsoft Xbox, MLB, Pepsi, USA Network among others as well as artists including Green Day, Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, Lou Reed and Will I Am.
He led digital content and music partnerships at GroupM for clients including LG, Sprint, Summit Entertainment, Trojan and Unilever.
He was the founding partner of DriverTV, the automotive VOD network and contextual advertising platform with distribution in 40 million homes via partnerships with Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, Charter and Insight.
Steve has been an advisor to burgeoning technology start-ups Soundhound, Tresona, We Are The Hits (Sony/ATV) and the Broadway Tech Accelerator. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
